5mm nominal diameter inserts are designed to fit 8-425 screw thread vials.

6mm nominal diameter inserts are designed to fit 9-425 screw thread vials & 11mm crimp top vials.

Inserts are small volume precision-formed tubes that fit into standard auto sampler vials.

The inserts may be tapered or flat bottomed.

The tapered vials require a removable plastic foot to be used that serves two purposes, it aligns the vial entrally in the vial and it gives a spring pressure that holds the insert securely against the seal.
